Mexican Lasagna and Organic Salad

This past Monday, the Lewisburg Community Garden harvested its first salad of the season for  Community Harvest!
 It included spinach. . . 

. . . beet greens. . . 

. . . and arugula!

All produce was prepped in the kitchen

Fresh radishes, picked twenty minutes before their picture was taken

So fresh, so clean

Janice helped volunteers prepare a zesty Mexican lasagna


And some solid team work produced many pitted cherries

Lemon meringue pie for dessert!
