Thanksgiving Dinner!!!

This Monday we had our big Thanksgiving Dinner! We had so much turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, spinach, and cranberry sauce. We even had some delicious carrot cake made by our very own Stacey Sommerfield! It was so much work but so worth it! We helped serve around 200 people! Also, thanks to St. Paul's United Church of Christ for helping with such a large event. We couldn't have done it without your wonderful help! Here are some pictures.

Like to work with clay? It can help Community Harvest!

Do you love working in clay? Would you like to put your talents and energy to use for a good cause?
On Saturday October 20 from 12noon-5pm the Craft Center is hosting a "100 Bowls Day" to help with the Empty Bowls Project. Empty Bowls is a national organization whose goal is to raise money for local food banks. We are planning a banquet in which community members share a simple meal of soup and bread and purchase a handmade bowl for $10. All proceeds will go to Community Harvest.

Our goal is to make at least 100 bowls on the pottery wheel for this year's banquet.
Please email Gretchen Heuges, Craft Center Coordinator, if you can help! gheuges@bucknell.edu
